6 (a) What is an attribute control chart? Differentiate between p-chart and np-chart. (12 Marks)

(d) Determine the reliability of an equipment having an MTBF of 50 hours for an operating period of 45 hours. If the reliability has to be improved by 20%, what % change in MTBF is required?        (4 Marks)
